The Capital letters show the character that you use for each action. For example,
to show current memory statistics, you use 'M'.

Nagios monitoring/notification is not set up yet, but Yemi will be setting it up for you.
Nagios is good for notification (eg, emails when machines lose ssh/ping, or lose any arbitrary
service you wish to monitor).
