Looking at the traceroute for this host it appears to not e connected via TEIN3. The smokeping PingER plot fro SLAC to www.ntc.edu.np is shown below: Image Added

We added www.most.gov.np, www.nren.net.np to the list of PingER monitored hosts on 4/17/2010. The traceroute from SLAC to it identified it as being connected to TEIN3.
