1. Do step 'CLI - c.' (other) Find (or make own) a gh extension creating skeletal framework like creating a new project, and we can use that to create a simple project. For extensions, it seems like once they are installed onto the conda env, they are usable on any server, I installed a custom extension on psana, and the custom extension also works in iana. So if we go with the route of a 'global' anaconda environment to have gh cli installed, all uisers need to do is activate that environment and they will have access to all the installed extensions.
