Network (FNET) -
- will not support packet fragmentation (no large packets).
- we will be able to add a whole new feedback loop without needing to reboot an IOC, as long as all devices used by the feedback loop, and the controller IOC, are already on the feedback network. ( configuring senders & receivers can be done without reboots)
