- If "CNCT" is grey → hit the "Reboot" button. If that doesn't help, hit the "Jiggle" button.
- If "CNCT" is still not green at this stage, try an IOC reboot. If that doesn't help, try a CPU reboot.
- If "CNCT" is green, but the FPS (frame rate) is 0, hit the dropdown menu in the "Trigger" column and switch the camera from "Sync In 1" to "Free Run".
- If this gives you some frame rate, then you have a triggering problem. Write a CATER, but the camera may be usable until an expert can take a look.
- If this does not give you frame rate, then you have a camera problem. Camera will not be usable; CATER & contact an expert (e.g. Spencer)
