Peregrine: So, given the official deferral of experimental diagnostics, are the discussions recorded at https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/LCLSPW/1.03.04+Target+area+diagnostics (and especially https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/LCLSPW/Experimental+Configuration+Diagnostic+Table) moot? Or will this information still be useful for post First Light planning?
Gilliss: They are not moot. They set the framework. We are still designing a system that will support them without overhauling the facility itself. Also the deferrals were always meant to be post-PDR.
