  • Perregrine officially interested in MEC-U science/controls
  • ELI experiment: a phase plate and targets are on order by Florian for this experiment. 
    • ELI has target lab so no issue with them
    • Phase plate is 300 µm; optionally 700 µm - need to clarify what the size 
      • f/# – Khaghani, Dimitri to check. 2.4 m focusing; beam diameter of 250 J beam (maybe half size?) They were at 600 J before and had damage. 
      • SSD is present Khaghani, Dimitri note what dispersion
  • Consider whether we do more of these (and how to fund)
    • Jupiter call for proposals is a potential opportunity
    • NLUF call with deadline of February 6
