LCLS-II-HE update

ECS Controls team continues making progress, advancing instruments’ designs, and ramping up efforts with higher involvement level from instrument’s leads. The goal for the remainder of FY22 will be to refresh the overall cost estimate as recommended by the committee, while at the same time remaining committed to advancing the design maturity of all Accelerator control systems to Preliminary Design Review (60%) level.
