http://tevcat.uchicago.edu/ TeVCat is a catalog of high confidence TeV sources compiled from the (refereed) literature. At present there are 71 entries in the catalog, from wide range of distinct source classes, such as PWN and AGN. This page describes a search for these TeV sources in the Fermi/LAT data. The data were analyzed with gtlike, using a power-law hypothesis and a 10-degree ROI. The background model consisted of a galprop component (from mapcube_54_59Xvarh7S.fit), an uniform power-law background with two free parameters and the sources in the August catalog that are within the ROI and further than 0.3 degrees from the TeV source being tested (2 free parameters for each of the August sources). Only events with DIFFUSE class and zenith angle <105deg were selected. Exposure was calculated according to the Proposed procedures for data preparation.
