It is seen that Italy was the first country whose Covid-19 confirmed cases spike. This was followed by Spain then Germany and France. Germany was particularly successful in suppressing its peak. The UK has a long tail and the virus has just run away in the US which now has about 10 times more confirmed cases as the other countries with the exception of Spain.
