This environment is built against the lcls-psana github.
We may not make it ana-current, for development, we may re-build it..
since build report above: downgraded jinja -> 2.8.1 for DDL

conda-build 2.1.2 -> 2.1.6
this affects all conda environments - conda is a global tool.
