The tile location and orientation can be defined by the table of records (see example of file: geometry)
Parent name | Parent index | Element Object name | Element Object index | Xc[µm] | Yc[µm] | Yc[µm] | Rotation in X-Y [°] | Rotation in Y-Z [°] | Rotation in X-Z[°] | Tilt in X-Y[°] | Tilt in Y-Z[°] | Tilt in X-Z[°] |

where
- Parent name - name and version of the parent object; all translation and rotation pars are defined w.r.t. parent Cartesian frame
- Parent index - index of the parent object
- Object name - name and version of the object inserted in parent frame
- Object index - index of the objectTile # – Tile number in DAQ
- Xc, Yc, and Zc [µm] – tile center object frame origin coordinates in micrometersthe parent frame
- Rotation angles [degree] – sensor object ideal (design) rotation angle in X-Y, Y-Z, X-Z planes of the parent frame
- Tilt in X-Y, Y-Z, X-Z [degree] – small angles for correction of the sensor object orientation w.r.t. design rotation angle
