RSP users have requested a number of features so the table definitions have been modified accordingly. Even though these features are not needed by ASP, its sql queries need to be changed thereby requiring code changes.
A couple few unrelated changes are included: code to generated the light curve data products delivered to the GSSC; code to fill the test statistic column in the lightcurves table; suppression of the info message in PipelineCommand.py.
