Requirements

• Temperature
  • Sensor temperature -10C (support plate temperature approx. -20C)
  • DAQ boards should be at room temperature at nominal power i.e.  approx. +20C
• Mechanical
  • Three cooling loops for DAQ (FE board support), L1-3 and L4-6 module support plates (no manifold inside vacuum box
  )
  
  • For , for 2014 one 8" side flange of the vacuum box is available for cooling lines)
• Heat load
  • 190W combined maximum heat load on L1-3 and L4-6 cooling
  • 100W maximum heat load on DAQ cooling
