Requirements

Sensor temperature -10C (support plate temperature approx. -20C)
DAQ boards should be at room temperature at nominal power i.e. approx. +20C
Three cooling loops for DAQ (FE board support), L1-3 and L4-6 module support plates (no manifold inside vacuum box)
- For 2014 one 8" side flange of the vacuum box is available for cooling lines
Separate cooling loops for FE board and sensor support plates
Support plate temperature: -20C +- ?C (sensor at approx. -10C)
FE board temperature at nominal power: +20 +- 3C
