1. Consolidation of the Beamline Schedule (Marco, Stepan)
   1. The current baseline considers the HPS experiment installed inside the alcove downstream the CLAS12 experiment in Hall-B. This decision was taken after consultation with the JLAB management, but after the submission of the proposal in May'13. An appendix (here ) and en implementation plan were (here ) were developed to describe the feasibility as well as the impact on the schedule of both experiments.
