These files can be found in trunk/steering-files/src/main/resources/org/hps/steering/, and are also compiled in to the hps-distribution JAR file.

Maintained Engineering Run 2015 steering files

These are guaranteed to run and be maintained by the experts of each sub-system; if they don't run, either you're using them incorrectly or this is a bug that needs to be fixed, and in either case you should e-mail hps-software or file a bug on JIRA.

Monte Carlo Simulation

org.hps.steering.readout.EngineeringRun2015TrigPairs1.lcsim - readout simulation
org.hps.steering.readout.EngineeringRun2015FullReconMC.lcsim - reconstruction

Data

org.hps.steering.readout.EngineeringRun2015FullRecon.lcsim - reconstruction

Production steering files

These are guaranteed to run (may be restricted to test run or 2014 run, check the file name); if they don't run, either you're using them incorrectly or this is a bug that needs to be fixed, and in either case you should e-mail hps-software or file a bug on JIRA.

org.hps.steering - misc. steering files (mostly steering files that are used in production)
org.hps.steering.readout - run on SLIC output
org.hps.steering.recon - run on readout output, save output to LCIO
org.hps.steering.monitoring - run on readout output to make live monitoring plots; these are only guaranteed to work with test run data
org.hps.steering.analysis - run on recon output

User steering files

Not maintained; hps-java changes may break these steering files, and it's your responsibility to fix them.
