Data Quality Monitoring for ECal

Provisional list of DQM quantities for ECal.  These are the analogy of the anamon histograms from the CLAS cooking process.

• Number of clusters per event vs time
• Number of clusters per event vs run number
• Number of clusters with/without a track pointing to them
• Cluster timing (or timing difference for those clusters with tracks)
• Beam energy electron peak (vs location, or for individual crystal, or a way of checking calibration across ECal plane)
• Pi 0 energy peak (vs location, or for individual crystal, or a way of checking calibration across ECal plane)
• Number of Pi 0's found
• ECal occupancies

Plus some subset of existing online monitoring plots (TBD)
