Agenda:
1) Hall B work - update: Francois
Francois reported that work done last week is mostly covered in Stepan's photos posted for 8.11.2014 meeting.

2) Neutron shield and monitor
Discussion of status of neutron shielding located on both sides of the beam pipe and neutron detectors occurred.

3) Beamline shifts:  what role does HPS shift taker play?
Ken reported on SLAC people going to JLAB during beam check out to help with shifts. The Blocks are 5-day shifts periods with Block 1 starting on October 10th.
Block 5 - Thursday Oct 30th through Monday Nov 3rd:         Ken - swing shift
Block 6 - Tuesday Nov 4th through Saturday Nov 8th:          Al - swing  (owl?) shift
Block 7 - Sunday Nov 9th through Thursday Nov 13th:
Block 8 - Friday Nov 14 through Tuesday Nov 18th:             Takashi - swing or owl shift
Block 9 - Wed Nov 19 through Sunday Nov 23:                    John - swing or owl shift (no confirmation yet from John)
It may be important for SLAC people to be a JLAB during November to learn/help/upgrade their certifications for Oxygen deficiency, GERT, Radiation, Hall B walk through, etc. Francois recommended scheduling in advance the walk through certification. Francois reported that beam line shift takers from SLAC will be helpful in improving documentation and operational procedures before the end of November.
4) Beamline survey - which survey has been done and what survey has to be made at what precision?
Precision of ~ 100 microns can be expected. Stepan reported in report 8.11.2014 meeting survey has been done on installed beam line elements.
