  4. AOB/Questions

Notes:

Online Monitoring: Jeremy presented a proposal for a client/server approach to online monitoring for the 2021 run and gave a real-time demo of a proof of principle. It was agreed that this approach showed promise and that Jeremy should continue to work on this as time allows.

Merging pass1-dev-fix: PF presented a verbal update on the status of the branch. The integration tests for 2015 and 2016 require some work to incorporate the recent improvements to the SVT geometry. This is complicated by the convoluted class structure of the code which accesses the millepede constants and instantiates the geometry. Work is ongoing.

Trigger Diagnostics PR: Tongtong did an excellent job describing his PR covering the trigger diagnostics code he has been working on. It's the most thoroughly documented PR I can recall.

AOB: There was some discussion on how best to handle the reference/comparison histograms that are created during the integration tests. PF requested that these be made available online. We will investigate copying the output from the Jenkins builds to JLab so they can be accessed via the Javascript root browser.

PF proposed compiling the code in github upon commit. There was some discussion about whether this should also include running the tests. We will implement the compilation step to give immediate feedback, but not run the tests automatically.
