1. HPS Silicon Protection Collimator: Agreed to thick 1cm tungsten collimator with fixed gap of 2mm and another of 3mm mounted on Harp Wire device if weight acceptable. Takashi presented simulation results with collimator 330 cm from HPS target. See attachments.

2. HPS Target: Brief discussion, Ken will collect information for next meeting.
