Beam commissioning plans: John Jaros
1.   Commissioning of the upstream beamline (beam to tagger dump) – 2 weeks effort. The goal is to get physics quality beam at the tagger harp.
2.   Beam to electron dump – 1/2 week effort. The goal is to get physics quality beam at 2H03 harp, checkout new girders, calibrate BPMs using Faraday cup
3.   Establish HPS quality beam on 2H03 harp – 1 week effort. The goal is to establish “ribbon beam” using the new 2H00 girder, check beam position stability during beam trips, and establish beam recovery procedures
4.   Establish HPS chicane – 1 day effort. The goal is to tune currents on chicane dipoles using the downstream viewer and rates on ECal to establish beam trajectory through the system
5.   Align beam relative to SVT using correctors – 2 days effort. The goal is to have beam passing by in the middle of top and bottom SVT layers
6.   Commission HPS detectors and establish running conditions – 4 PAC days effort. The goal is to established beam current, trigger rates, and distance of the top and bottom SVT layers, take calibration data
