All present (eventually).

Please send comments/corrections to the whole EC.

1.News
Tim mentioned a bug likely found in the map of Ecal data to physical positions. This could account for lousy residuals in extrapolating tracks to ecal positions. Tim will send a summary.

2. Preparations for PAC
a. Plans are for Stepan, John, a TM savvy theorist, and others from Jlab to be present for the upcoming PAC. Matt could be available by phone, or in person if need be.
b. We decided John will give the talk to the PAC.
c. Draft outline for the talk is given above. Comments welcome. Sorry this got interrupted during the meeting.
We agreed that we have a much better understanding of electron multiple coulomb scattering's role in HPS occupancy and triggering, and much more realistic expectations for MCS than we did at the time of the original proposal, and will include this point in our presentation.
d. We will stress that our top priority is approval of full HPS.

3. HPS Collaboration Meeting.
We'll need to postpone until the week of September 3 or 10 to avoid known conflicts of EC members.
John will check out room availability at SLAC.

4. Other
a. Stepan is chairing the Jlab tech committee that is reviewing new proposals for technical issues.
HPS is apparently raising very few issues. We'll expect a report from the committee next week, which we will address for the PAC.
b. HDice is done next Wednesday, which gives us an opportunity for more survey work if necessary.
Tim et al. will decide if present measurements are adequate before then.
c. Stepan will ship remaining SLAC materials back to SLAC next week.

5. Next meeting will be June 15.
