  • News: The two new cryomodules (C75-01 & P1) are now due by mid-July. SLAC could start normal operations, office work. Domestic travel is possible, there may be a trip to JLAB to move cables and electronics to EEL to prepare for SVT repair and test.
  • Update of the management plan - Tim

The idea was to de-centralize the software group into analysis, calibration and reconstruction, and MC. The idea of the software coordinator was to have someone to connect the work of different groups to make sure the groups know what is done by others and there is no conflict. The "Management Plan" document was edited to reflect these ideas and make them clear.

  • Preparations for the upcoming run - Tim/Rafo/Marzio/Stepan

Hodoscope cosmic tests continue, taking data at diff. HV. Beam parameters, the part needed for RSAD - waiting for comments. Hybrids are built and will start testing next week. Sensors are still expected in May. Trace layout is ongoing for FEBs, progress is good.

  • Update on 2016 analysis, the status of publication - Tim

The analysis is coming to the end for vertexing, working on systematics. Preparations for rn may slow things down.

  • Update on 2019 data calibrations and processing - Norman/Omar

The new release, 5.1, was made. Some data were processed with the release. We will use a sample of FEE for momentum constraint alignment.

Need to discuss how the list of "golden" runs was formed.
