Unresolved questions:
- work out what a run really means for cyroEM: is it just a single TIFF (or whatever) file? can it be a movie?
- need to create 'run control' for cyroEM - is there a way to know when an experiment starts and when a run starts/stops. can serialEM / EPU help with the latter with some API/hook etc?
- need to define authorisation and how this will be mapped for both 'groups' in the logbook (who can see what) as well as the unix permissions on the science files generated from the runs. can we use extended acl's like with PCDS?
