- Prepare shipping list:
- Number of pallets
- List of items on each pallet
- Price, weight, PC number (if applicable) for each item.
- Order pallets and packaging material.
- Get crates constructed for special items.
- Order direct-to site address labels and return address labels from Freeman.
- Transmit shipping list with direct-to-site address and date of arrival to Shipping & Receiving.
- Arrange manpower for packing at different locations.
- Arrange with labor pool for transferring material from different buildings to Shipping & Receiving.
