Registration

  • Go to Conference Attendees registration site
  • When you reach screen 2 for Organization enter SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory - DOE.
  • Where it says "If you are an exhibitor, select your company below" select SLAC STANFORD.
    This will register you as an Exhibitor as well so that you will have access to the exhibition hall during the setting up and you will also be able to attend the Exhibitors Reception on Sunday November 17.

Accommodation

Block booking has been made at the government rate of $156 at Grand Hyatt Hotel, situated a few blocks from Colorado Convention Center. The reservation is only possible for the nights of Nov 16 - Nov 21. 

The cut off date for confirming individual reservation is September 30. 

Instructions for making individual reservations in our block:

1.  Click here

2.  Enter dates and click Search.           

3.  Select room type (if more than one option), enter 1 for the number of rooms desired, and then click “Book.”

4.  Follow steps to complete reservation.  Reservations that exceed the allotment of rooms on any of the nights will not be accepted. Enter only up to the maximum number of rooms per night.

DOE Booth Presentations & Discussions

In the DOE Booth the following arrangements are foreseen for presentations and discussions:

  • Featured Presentation
  • Demo Station
  • Round Table - 8 seats
  • Round Table - 4 seats
  • 3D Simulation Movie (non-3D movies also welcome)
  • Informal Discussion Lounge

We also have to man the Booth reception desk and the ePoster display units. You can reserve time slots for the presentation/discussion spots and also indicate your availability for booth staffing and duties using this form
