Setting up a Mountain Lion machine to build externals for ST.
Requires: MacPorts! https://www.macports.org/install.php
- Install Xcode - right now Mountain Lion is too old and I cannot obtain Xcode from the App Store, instead I had to go to the Apple Developer Website
