Building external libraries

Please see the attached VS2005 project file for version 1.9.2.2
It was thrown together for glast-ts, but may be helpful. It builds only release mode, and one must edit the lines with <File RelativePath="D:\common\clhep\1.9.2.2, to point to the local source.
