Each RCE is shipped with a Xilinx distribution of the linux kernel, and the Arch Linux file system.
Any required updates or patches to the kernel or Arch Linux are distributed in the RCE SDK.
These updates can be applied by upgrading the RCE core software.
Note, a complete, wholesale update of Arch Linux is non-trivial.
It requires external web connectivity, access to proper Arch Linux repositories, and must be coordinated with a Xilinx kernel release.
The RPT group does not support kernel or Arch Linux updates independent of the RCE SDK.
