COB status can be checked by looking at the front panel LCD or using SDK software tools.
To use the software tools. be sure the SDK is installed and present in your current environment.
Your shelf manager must be already be configured for the network.
Execute the following command to see the status of all COBs installed in the shelf:
cob_dump <shelf_manager_ip> --all
