  • pyimgalgos:
    • add NDArrGenerators.py, in GlobalUtils.py add class Storage, save_image_tiff, save_image_tiff, and test_10.
    • in GlobalUtils use in tests method from NDArrGenerators, add HBins, update py-doc for psana modules.
  • Detector:
    • AreaDetector.py - improve raw, add mask_comb, use mask_comb in calib, add ex_cspad2x2_mask_mec.py (PSAS-139)
    • add examples/ex_save_mec_cspad*_imges_in_tiff.py (PSAS-211)
    • add eventCodes method to Evr class
    • make DataSource.env() an optional second argument to Detector constructor
  • psocake: 
    • display coords, gain, quad number and section number given that the geometry has been deploy so that x is right, y is up and z is out of plane.
    • Outputs .cxi format compatible with CrystFEL
  • psdisplay: a new app that displays an area detector
