ps-2.0.5: development release

ps-2.0.11: time tool development release with rogue 4.9

ps-2.0.13: development release with rogue 4.7 for wave8 development

ps-2.1.0: development release with openmpi

ps-2.1.1: with conda mpich

ps-2.1.2: wave8 support

ps-2.1.4: give conda forge priority over defaults.  add more ami dependencies.

ps-3.1.0: first pass at anaconda compiler release

ps-3.1.1: second pass at anaconda compiler release

ps-3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4: releases playing around with rogue/boost versions

ps-3.1.7: use official env_create.yaml, but missing arrow

ps-3.1.8: add in arrow.  hopefully first "official" dev release with conda compilers.  rogue 4.10.15

ps-3.1.9: move back to rogue 4.9.0 because of suspected problems with 4.10.15

ps-2.0.19: production release for ami with pyqtgraph=0.11.0rc0

ps-2.0.20: new release for ami with jupyterhub support

ps-2.0.21: prioritize conda-forge over defaults.  try to debug why we get old psana 2.1.7 and ami 2.0.9 (should be 2.1.15 and 2.0.10 respectively)

ps-2.0.22: remove asyncqt 0.7.0 from lcls-ii local channel so we pick up more recent version from conda-forge

ps-3.0.0: first release with conda compilers

ps-3.0.1: new ami version from Seshu, with libfabric=1.7.1 to support ethernet in ASC daq (broken in 1.10).  wrong version of rogue (v4.7.0)

ps-3.0.2: attempt to fix rogue version problem from 3.0.1.  Still wrong at v4.7.0

ps-3.0.3: successful attempt to fix rogue version problem.  now v4.9.0.  libfabric=1.10.1

ps-3.0.4: like 3.0.3 but generated in a more official fashion

ps-3.0.5: a version with libfabric=1.7.1

ps-3.0.14: ami support for FFT's and other RIX requests from Alex Reid

ps-3.0.15: add ipympl and ipywidgets for Jupyter.  rogue 5.4.0.

ps-3.0.16: getting ready for TMO

ps-3.0.17: DAQ tweaks taking detectors in/out of partitions

ps-3.0.18: DAQ tweaks and fixed for exponentially growing ami histograms

ps-3.0.22: A first release for TMO.  Many changes in AMI, psana, psdaq.
