LPL LeCroy Scope and Photodiode Connections

A fiducial is provided to align the channels appropriately in time (see below). The fiducial pulse for all channels should be aligned at exactly the last horizontal subdivision, with the rising edge of the laser pulse thus corresponding to the first horizontal subdivision. This alignment is performed through a combination of appropriate timing of the external triggering and by using the "deskew" function on each channel to move an individual channel in time until it is aligned as described above and pictured below (see How to co-time the pulse traces on the LeCroy oscilloscope for pulse shaping and on-shot shape diagnosis).
