Description of Measurement
Beam position is measured on the PB Far camera. The camera images the focus of a 750mm lens with a 11.1X microscope objective. The camera is a Mako G-125B with a pixel size of 3.75um, resulting in a resolution of ~0.68urad/px (note: this hasn't been confirmed by measurement).

Pointing jitter was (12.964, 12.038)px over 400 shots, which corresponds to (8.81, 8.19)urad. This is comparable to the pointing jitter measured by Comp Far.
