Description of Measurement
Beam position is measured on the DM Far camera. The camera images the focus of a 300mm lens with a 10X microscope objective. The camera is a Manta G-095B with a pixel size of 4.08um, resulting in a resolution of ~1.36urad/px (note: this hasn't been confirmed by measurement).

Pointing jitter was (2.260, 4.074)px over 400 shots, which corresponds to (3.07, 5.54)urad. This is not too bad for this type of laser system.
