DSB: Detector Stage (B location)

Time Tool (TT)

TimeTool Y

  • Clear YAG: ~18 mm
  • Frosted YAG: ~26 mm
  • SiN: ~61.5 mm
  • OUT position: 100 mm

tt_delay

  • The txt’s physical motor
  • Can be accessed in hutch python by txt.motor.wm()
  • Try to use 10e-3 transmission, but TT YAG can take the full beam
    • In case we need low pulse energy at IP but higher pulse energy for TT, we can use another sets of solid attenuators (see below)

Pulse Selector

  • Rapidly shutter the X-ray beam or control the repetition rate for SC1
  • Seems not installed in gas run

Attenuators (6 filters)

  • They are after TT, used when we need higher pulse energy for TT but lower pulse energy for IP or other downstream items

Slits 5

  • Slits 5 = DSB Jaws
  • Slit the beam down after the refocusing lenses or clean the beam before after the 1 micron KB mirrors
