“In preparation for the upcoming Director’s review, we would like to have the initial draft ICD’s in DocDB to present to the reviewers while keeping the Google Doc as the working version going forward.  Specifically, the plan is as follows:

1. On June 29, (two weeks and one day before the review[1]), we will create a word version and PDF version of the current ICD on the Google drive.
   1. The versions will indicate that these ICD’s are in draft status and not released.
   2. It is recognized that these ICD’s will continue to evolve and change for a long time going forward.
2. The PDF with a link to named version of the google doc of the ICD will be placed in the CMB-S4 DocDB with a note indicating that these are the current “approved/agreed upon” versions.  
3. The google doc version of the ICD will continue as the working version and a link to this working version will be provided in the DocDB entry.
