Using new Acd Recon data for detector studies

One of the main motivations for the Acd Recon upgrade was to get more useful detector imformation.

In the recon file that information is stored in the AcdTkrHitPoca objects associated with each AcdTkrAssoc.  These objects replace the AcdTkrIntersections and keep track of all the track-tile and track-ribbon associations (regardless of if the tile or ribbon was hit).  The most significant improvement is that previously we only keep track of the associations where the track intersected with the GEANT model of the detector.  Now, thanks to the Pattern Recognition improvements we are keep track of near misses as well.

In the SVAC ntuple we copy these data into the AcdTkrIntSec group of variables.

As an example, here are all the associations with tile 22 (top-center tile) from 20k background MC events.  I cleaned up the sample by requiring exactly one track with a TkrKal1Ene > 100 MeV.  The nominal position of the tile is show with the black dotted line.  Black dots are associations where a hit is present, red dots are associations with no hit.
