Correlation Plots helps a user to crry out simple correlative experiments on the beamline elements of the PEPII/LCLS accelerator system, such as stepping a quad magnet and watching the effect on BPM readings. It includes facilities for formulating the names of the independent variables to step, and the dependent variables to sample, for controlling the acquisition cycle of the experiment, and for displaying the acquired data, including fits. It also notably synchronizes acquisitions with the real-time beamline components such as RF and beam-position monitors.
