Obtaining the source
Download the rave source from http://www.hepforge.org/downloads/rave.
Download the org.lcsim plugin from http://stop.itp.tuwien.ac.at/websvn/listing.php?repname=lcsimrave
cd <rave-dir>
./configure --prefix=<installation-dir>
make
make install
