Dave S has started a memo. He wrote a few scripts to make a few tables, beta versions of which he sent to Matthew Kerr on Friday 11 October 2013 when, in extremis, Matthew wrote "hey dave I'm observing fermi pulsars this weekend, if you have a few favorite low Edot ones then send me their names".
