appears to be an older version of ReleaseManager database
with entries from 2008.  Kim was planning to check to be sure the contents exist in the "Release Manager" DB or see that they are unnecessary.
Michael: there is no correspondence of the tables here with those in ReleaseManager.  build e.g. is a huge table with a lot of co and build info.  I can't decide now if we need it or dump it.

 

Pending details of contents, possibly we will discard.
Michael: I propose to move it to central server.
There are links to this in our tomcat server configuration: 
/afs/slac.stanford.edu/u/gl/glast/tomcat/BASE60/common/conf/GlobalNamingResources.xml
They all use the glastdb alias.
