No Windows fixes being accepted now - we may have to build these libraries ourselves. Tracy is working on this now.

On hold until Tracy gets beyond the FSW/OBF upgrade.
RM
Additional RM features on hold until we move to SCons and a new RM is created. This includes handling of checkout package that depends on a checkout package and developer package that depends on a checkout package.
The UI of RM may be redone due to cgi security issues at SLAC. May move to JASP.
The automated system tests will no longer be started by RM for now, until the issue with RM systest failures is fixed. Instead, RM will just create the configuration files and Leon will start the tests by hand.
