The T9 beam line is controlled from the EBCR barrack.

Magnet settings

2 sets of table are provided in the EBCR barrack - none of them is optimized for our setup, so ONLY USE this table for NEGATIVE and this table for POSITIVE polarity.

Slits settings

the slits are controlled with the verical and horizontal control; to get a FWHM of x mm you must input a value of 50+x/2; for example, to get an aperture of +- 5mm you should input a value of 52.5. The following values should be used:

use the control display in the EBCR and load the MNP17 settings (ZT9_SPECTRO controls). Use the following table to control magnetic field. Special values are identified with a *.
