Common errors on GINO pipeline

- error on digitization phase. May be related to "corrupted events" (eg. run 662)

- error on recon phase. Related to time limitations on long SLAC queue  (can be reprocessed)

- error on recon phase. Due to G4 got stuck in G4Propagator (to be solved .. long time issue also for I&T)

- error on svac phase. Related to fixed nbEvts .. fixed. svac tuple to be regenerated.
