Many of us have already been involved in addressing Save/Restore Phase 1 (which is earmarked for Dec 07) architecture tradeoffs this week and decided upon using the standalone SCORE application enhanced with:
1) use of an aida data adaptor for existing (or TBD all) devices
2) multi-step Restore functionality for magnets and existing RF sub-system
3) "gold" tagging
 
Tomorrow's Save/Restore meeting is cancelled in lieu of Judy, Paul and Debbie going over the SCORE code as a group and deciding on how best to integrate an aida data adaptor into the existing code. 
 
Other notes of interest:
-Bob Hall will support us in making the additional aida enhancements we have identified to meet our requirements - thanks Bob!
-Diane, Judy and Debbie have successfully enrolled in the eclipse class given later this month, Sept 24-27 -Save/Restore Phase 2 and 3 design/documentation using plug-in technology/SEAL framework will commence shortly.
