FEB8:

No problems yet.

FEB7:

Must be power cycled many times to come up fully. Low digital current observed when it needs to be power cycled about 5 times typically to achieve operational state.

Number of required cycles seems to reduce if flange board is not powered.

FEB5:

Must be power cycled many times to come up fully. Low digital current observed when it needs to be power cycled about 3 times typically to achieve operational state.

FEB1:

No data links observed. Inspected flange board for lights from transmitter, and none observed. Issue must be in flange board or FEB. Slow control works.

FEB4:

No problems yet.

FEB3:

Data links are observed but now slow control. Digital current is consistent with other FEBs with flange board power off (0.96 A). Light is seen coming from slow control transceiver on flange board.

Switching to a slow control lane on the RTM known to work, slow control was established. Slow control Link[3] seems to be dead on this RTM.
