(1) New compact XRTS is covering 7.5 keV to 25 keV X-ray photon energy range. 

 Resolution (@ 8 keV): 9 eV (HAPG crystal), measured from K-alpha spectrum at MEC.

Cylindrically curved HAPG crystal for 7.5 keV to 25 keV: dispersion ~ 1.553 eV/pixel  (ePix100a, 50 um pixel size)

              mosaic spread-0.14 degree

              thickness-40 micron

              substrate-BK7 glass (B-CC-2010-50)-50.8 mm (L) x 25.4 mm (W), ROC-26.3 mm

              coating area ca. 12.9 cm^(2)


Setting of spectral window on detector can be varied by changing a distance from TCC to crystal and crystal to detector. The change can be done manually.

XYZ stages under the spectrometer allow us to do fine alignment.

             X, Z stage : micos LS-120, 40 mm travel range

             Y stage : vertical, ES-100, 26 mm travel range


Detector: ePix100a (50 micron)


(2) HAPG crystal for 4-8 keV: dispersion ~ 0.8 eV/pixel (ePix100a, 50um pixel size)

RoC~51.7 mm, size~ 32 mm (L) x 30 mm (W), Mosaic spread~0.14 degree, thickness~40 micron
