- Upon receiving the trigger the initial delay start (currently I have it set to 1us)
- Then, the camera will integrate the charge signal during 48us (24+24 for the CDS). The x-ray pulse should arrive after the initial 24us but before 48 us.
- Next there is a delay between the end of the acquisition phase and the readout phase of about 1us, which is the SRO time in the diagram.
- The readout phase takes place at the rising edge of the SRO and lasts 146us.
- During this 195us the camera is busy and will not accept a new trigger because a new pulse cannot start until all pixels of the previous one are completely readout.
The 195us busy time assumes zero internal delay on the camera. We can add a delay in the camera but they count as busy time therefore to have the rate of 5khz we should keep the internal delays to a minimum (<5us).
